Returns for Hemandhalo menswear and jewellery. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

Time limits

Apparel (jeans, polos, tops): 21 days from delivery to request a return. Women’s necklaces: 14 days, unworn only. Email support@hemandhalo.com first — we issue an RMA before you ship.

Men’s jeans

Must be unwashed and free of hem dirt or bike-chain marks. Try them on over underwear; do not machine-wash to “see the real colour” if you might send them back — indigo loss after washing is not a defect. Manufacturing issues (broken fly, skipped belt loop) are covered even after a gentle first wear if you send photos immediately.

Polos & men’s tops

No deodorant rings, no stretched collars, tags still attached. Graphic tees cannot be returned if the print has been ironed or peeled. Size exchanges are available when the same colourway is in stock — useful because many SKUs run small vs US sizing.

Necklaces

Return only if unused, with clasp intact and original pouch. Skin-wear, perfume, or resized chains are final sale.

Process

We review RMA photos within about two business days. Buyer-choice returns: you pay postage; a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply on bulky denim to cover inbound freight. Our picking error or a confirmed defect: prepaid label and full refund.

Refund timing

After the warehouse inspects the parcel, allow 8–14 business days for the payment channel to show the credit.
