Hemandhalo Terms of Service

Welcome to Hemandhalo (www.hemandhalo.com). These Terms govern use of our storefront and the sale of goods listed there. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

A. The shop

Hemandhalo is a clothing and accessories retailer. Our live range is built around men’s jeans, polos, men’s tops (including streetwear tees), a broader Top edit, and women’s necklaces. Listings are often variable products: colourways, collar styles, and sizes from S through 5XL on many tees, and extended denim sizes up to 9XL where shown.

B. Acceptable use

Do not copy our product photography or descriptions for your own store. Do not place orders with stolen cards or false addresses. We may refuse service where fraud tools flag a checkout.

C. Fit, fabric & colour

Size charts on each SKU take priority over generic “M / L / XL” labels. A large share of polos and denim use Asian grading — if you usually wear a Western large, consider XL. Denim may transfer dye onto light shoes or sofas when new; that is typical of indigo washes, not a fault. Knit polo collars and printed graphics can look slightly different under indoor vs outdoor light.

D. Price & checkout

Prices are in USD at checkout unless stated. Shipping is calculated (or shown as included) on the payment step — Hemandhalo does not advertise a blanket free-shipping banner. You authorise the selected card or wallet for the order total. We may hold fulfilment if a payment is under review.

E. Cancellation

Cancel unpaid carts anytime. Paid orders can be stopped only until the warehouse marks them dispatched. After that, use our returns rules (including denim unwashed and necklace hygiene rules).

F. Updates

The version published on this URL is the binding version. We do not email every visitor when legal copy changes.
