Hemandhalo Shipping Policy

How we send men’s denim, polos, tops, and necklaces from Hemandhalo. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

Where we ship

We ship internationally to countries enabled at checkout. Shipping cost is based on destination and parcel weight — jeans are heavier than tees, so a denim order may show a higher rate than a polo-only cart unless a promotion applies at payment.

Warehouse time

Paid orders are usually picked in 2–4 business days. Multi-piece orders (for example jeans + polo + necklace) may wait until every line is in the same tote so you receive one tracking number whenever possible.

On the way

Expect about 8–18 business days after the “shipped” email, depending on customs and the service we book. We do not promise next-week delivery for remote islands or peak sale periods.

Packing

Denim is folded to protect wash and hardware. Polos are packed to limit collar crush. Necklaces are bagged separately so pendants do not catch on zippers.

Import charges

Duties, VAT, and brokerage on apparel and jewellery are charged by your country, not by Hemandhalo, unless the checkout total is marked as delivered-duty-paid.

Problems in transit

If jeans arrive with a cut from the carton, or a polo is missing from a multi-item box, photograph the packing list and the damage and email us within two days of delivery. Signed-for parcels later reported empty are investigated with the carrier before we reship.
